Town of Haynesville Property Tax Information

Real Estate Tax Commitment information is recorded each year. This document contains a list of all properties, including owner name, assessed value of land and buildings, and current taxes. 

2025 Property Taxes were mailed on 10/22/25, I had Anticipated mailing them on 10/23/25 which is the posting date in Trio. Taxes are due by Dec 22, 2025, 60 days after posting. Starting 12/23/2025 taxes will incur an interest rate of 6% annually.

The Tax Commitment Book below DOES NOT include interests accrued, only the original billed amount.

Tax bills sent to Owners also reflect the original billed amount. If you are paying your taxes after the Due Date, please call the Town Office at 207-448-2239 for the adjusted amount due.
